Jericho Avery, LCSW

Jericho is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Keys To Mending Therapy and Wellness. He works with individuals and couples who are ready to better understand themselves, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change.

His work focuses on anxiety, trauma, codependency, and relationship struggles, especially for those who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand but can’t seem to break.

Growth. Meaning. Freedom. Choice.

These ideas are at the core of how Jericho approaches therapy.

Many people carry shame, guilt, or beliefs about themselves that were shaped through painful experiences. Therapy becomes a place to explore those patterns, understand where they came from, and begin changing them.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and creating the ability to choose something different.

What it’s like to work together

Therapy with Jericho is collaborative, grounded, and honest. You will be met with compassion and validation, but also encouraged to explore deeper patterns and move toward meaningful change.

The goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real, while also building insight, awareness, and the ability to respond differently in your life and relationships.

If you’re ready, this is a place to start.

Reaching out can feel difficult, but it’s often the first step toward real change.
